Welcoming Avery :: bay area newborn photography

Congratulations to Colby and Mike (and big sister Calla!), who recently welcomed little Avery! I love sessions like this, with the whole family together, just as they are. A little sliver of time saved to relish later. Miss Avery was already awake and alert at just a few days old.  She’ll need to be to keep up with Calla, who was a perfectly rambunctious 2 year old during the session! She ran out as fast as she ran in, sneaking a quick snuggle and giggle here and there. Those two are going to be best friends in no time! :)

Off to sleep, sweet Avery! I loved snuggling this sweet girl between takes – one of the best parts of my job! :)
