Lila and her adorable family were long overdue for a session. A photographer herself, she helped me out three years ago when our little guy was born. As a brand-new mom, I was struggling to get my own newborn photos of him, and she came over to help. I was so grateful that she was able to get some pictures for us and document that wonderful whirlwind of a time for us. Since then, I’ve been wanting to take pictures of her family in return. I finally got the opportunity to do so on my last trip to Michigan. So glad. <3 I adore her three girls, and their family as a whole is just wonderful. Warm and funny and real. Tromping around their family apple orchard that morning was one of the highlights of my trip. Wishing you tons of love and happiness, guys!! Hope to see you next time.
