Sam and Brad… where to start! After several meetings, phone chats, emails and dinner dates with them, we felt close to these two and it was clear to us how much they meant to each other, and how much their wedding would reflect that love. We knew that this day was going to be extraordinary. Not just in details (oh, the yummy rustic vintage details!), and not because they are fellow photographers (hey, we tend to have awesome weddings!), but in heart. Their families came from near and far, here and across the country to share this day with them. Everyone had glowing faces and bright smiles. This truly was a celebration of the joining of two lives, two hearts.
Brad and Sam have a way of doing that to those around them. Make them glow. Make them feel loved. Their excitement is contagious, their devotion to each other humbling. In their vows they promised to try to make others feel the love of God through them. They have inspired us to love each other and those around us even more and in ways that we’ve never known. For that, we’ll always be thankful.
It was May 19th, the day before our own anniversary. The sun was shining bright in Grand Rapids as we headed to Heritage Hill to join the bride and groom as they got ready for the day… This is where the next chapter of their life begins!
